Intelligent shop floor management
“As prospective experts in lean management, my students investigated various software solutions in a semester project to implement shop floor management that was as faithful to the original and intentional as possible. Shop floor boards are an essential element of continuous improvement, Hoshin management, the Hancho concept and servant leadership. The students investigated the suitability of various software systems for use in the LeanFab — Lean Learning Factory — the Competence Center at HS Kaiserslautern (Campus Zweibrücken).
