Digital fleet management is the software-based monitoring and control of a vehicle fleet – vehicle status, assignments, fuel consumption and maintenance deadlines in a single central view. Which KPIs does a fleet management dashboard show?

Vehicle utilisation, fuel consumption per vehicle and fleet, maintenance status and upcoming deadlines, operating costs and mileage. All values can be filtered by vehicle type, location or shift.

Which systems are supported?

Peakboard connects to vehicle telematics systems via REST API and MQTT, to ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA via the certified connector, to SQL databases, Microsoft Excel and GPS data sources. New data sources can be integrated at any time without an IT project.

How quickly is a fleet management dashboard live with Peakboard?

The template can be set up on the same day. A first productive application is typically live in under 5 days. Since Peakboard runs on existing displays or industrial PCs, hardware purchases are usually not required.

Can I adapt the dashboard myself as the fleet changes?
