Forklift dispatch system with Peakboard
The forklift dispatch system brings driving order planning and issue reporting together in one application. There's also the forklift terminal – a companion interactive app that lets drivers accept jobs and report issues directly from the forklift.
How do I plan driving orders for my forklifts with Peakboard?
You create new driving orders directly in the system and assign them to your fleet. All currently open jobs appear in one overview, and completed jobs for the week can be reviewed to track progress.
How are reported issues captured?
Drivers report issues directly from their application. You see all reported problems in one overview and can mark them as resolved once they're fixed.
What data sources does the forklift dispatch system use?
Master and transaction data come from Peakboard Hub lists by default. Alternatively, this data can also come from one or more databases.
Is there an application for the forklift itself?
Yes. Alongside the planning view, there's the forklift terminal, which drivers use directly on the forklift to accept jobs and report issues.
Can I customize the dispatch system myself, without IT?
