Showing Production Orders with Progress per Work Step
The order status overview from Peakboard shows every open production order as a tile, with its work steps side by side – gluing, sawing, and welding in the example. Each step is either open, in progress, or done, so you can see where an order currently stands. Orders can be filtered by type on the touchscreen. The data sits in a variable list or comes from the ERP, such as SAP transport orders (table LTAK).

Order status overview with Peakboard
Using an example of three work steps – gluing, sawing, and welding – the overview shows for every order which steps are done and what is being worked on right now. The filter on the touchscreen keeps things clear even with many open orders.
How does the overview show an order's progress?
The work steps sit side by side for each order. A white circle means open, a light green one marked “In progress” is running, and a green one with a check mark is done.
How do I filter the displayed orders?
On the touchscreen, you can show and hide production orders by order type.
Can I connect the overview to SAP?
Yes. The data can be linked to SAP transport orders, for example (table LTAK). Alternatively, the overview also works with a simple variable list.
What other data sources are supported?
Besides SAP and variable lists, you can also connect ODBC, MS Access, MS Azure SQL, Oracle Database, IBM DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Teradata, and other systems.
Can I customize the overview myself, without IT?
