Safety Cross & Quality Q with Peakboard
Both views sit on one screen and can be operated by touchscreen or mouse: tap a tile, adjust the value, done. The values come from a Peakboard Hub list and are written back to it whenever something changes. Alternatively, you can connect MS SQL Server, MS Access, MS Azure SQL, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
What is a safety cross?
The safety cross is a calendar-style tile view that makes workplace accidents and their severity visible per day – a classic lean management tool for continuous improvement.
What does the quality Q show?
The quality Q displays product quality through the same tile calendar, making quality deviations visible.
How are the values recorded?
Values for individual tiles are adjusted directly by touchscreen or mouse and saved to the connected data source – staff and managers see the current status at any time.
Can I extend the board with further metrics?
