The Andon overview with worker HMI from Peakboard consists of two screens: the HMI at the workstation and the overview for the area manager. When a worker reports a fault, their tile on the overview changes color immediately. The two exchange data via the Peakboard Hub.

Both applications share data via the Peakboard Hub. When a worker reports an issue at their workstation, it appears instantly as a color-coded alarm on the central overview.
How do workers report an issue at their workstation?
Via the worker HMI right on the workstation screen – with just a few clicks, no separate reporting system.
What does the central overview show?
Every workstation is shown as a tile. Color codes immediately show if and where an issue has been reported. Clicking a tile opens the detail view for that workstation.
What's the difference to Peakboard's classic Andon board?
The classic Andon board runs on a single screen for the overall overview. This solution additionally pairs a worker HMI right at the workstation, through which issues are reported directly – for even more direct feedback from the bench.
Can I customize the application myself, without IT?
Yes. Peakboard is a low-code platform: you change layout, tiles, and reporting logic by drag-and-drop in the Peakboard Designer.
Does the solution run on-premises or in the cloud?
